My 13-year-daughter cries uncontrollably when she sees a video of a kid or baby crying. She also is triggered by the radio on the bus. Things that wouldn't faze most people make her angry or sad. We don't see it as something different from ASD.

It sounds like maybe something is causing him severe anxiety. Lack of sleep after awhile can cause hallucinations. I would check with his doctor. Maybe it is the add meds.

I would DEFINITELY contact his pediatrician and take him in to his doctor. Especially if he isn't sleeping well. Psychosis is a real side effect of these meds. I went through it myself and it was so bad I had to be hospitalized. It's an indicator his meds may be too high for sure. Good luck 🙏
