Went to IEP meeting today it was suppose to be just for ESY and when I got there not only was the whole team there even though in the invite it didn’t list the special Ed director at all.. call me hostile but atleast to me I never had this person before in meetings till I started advocating for my son and coming in unannounced? @A MyAutismTeam Member, you are legally supposed to be informed of every participant at the IEP/ESY (Extended School Year) meeting.
Best advice I can offer is to figure out how to make it work for your child and yourself.
