Does Your Child Like A Certain Color?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am doing research on the brain and how Owen associates color. He wants everyone in “blue pants” which is technically blue jeans but any blue pants will do.

My favorite color is turquoise, and I also love lime green and purple! I experience a phenomenon known as synesthesia, which means a fusion of the senses. For me, letters and numbers are all associated with a certain color in my mind. A is yellow, for example. While the words on paper or the screen still appear as black print on a white background to my eyes, when I think of them, they trigger the associated color. It sometimes makes things confusing, but overall, is pretty cool!

My Son's Color-Blindness makes it hard to really understand what 'Color' Hue (of Greys) that He likes, and Yellow is usually his Go-To probably it's not as bright as White, nor medium gray as Red or Blue.
