We found music therapy after number of sessions helped - they have in Mencap/charity he goes to but not all the time

I believe my son has found benefit from ABA Therapy and Social groups.

We have found horseback riding to be very therapeutic & calming to her, although expensive.
Also social skills group has been very helpful.
Take anything & everything if it’s being offered at no cost through a school or disability services.

Four years ago my daughter had alot of anxiety and back pain and we found massage therapy to be helpful

Yes, music will bring comfort, I think it's a great way to control anxiety and etc.
