He is 8 years old and is getting obese. He only eats fries and chicken nuggets

You should try making him hungry and then offering him fruits, vegetables with roast chicken or rice vegetables with fried egg or something nutritious - you have to be strict and let him get completely hungry until he tries new food - don't be scared if he has not eated 2-3 days - keep it up until he tries good food - I had to do with my nonverbal son
