Has anyone w/ OCD had an obsessive thought which caused you or them to need intensive therapy? If so what was the outcome-was it helpful and did it require more medication?

My OCD is at bay with Zoloft and Abilify! They both toned my anxiety WAY down, especially the Abilify.
She was supposed to start Abilify and then something happened. I'm going to ask my daughter if I can go with her to her therapy. The Therapist told her she can't do extra therapy so she will try and send her to an outpatient facility. That's why I asked the question on MAT-if anyone w/ OCD has done an outpatient therapy?
This particular obsession she can accomplish but the way she wants to go about accomplishing it is where it gets weird. It is making her upset snd that's why she wanted more therapy.
Yes. Also the obsession itself causes her anxiety because she can't accomplish it.
