It’s very good to set your alarm clock for the same time during the week. It’s also good to eat around the same times each day. Routine is very important to my son Matt . He wanted to learn how to tell time in nursery school and ever since wants things to happen at the same time everyday. He will remind me to start making dinner. He still chooses to go to bed at 8:00.

How to get fresh air at work
Start your day with fresh air
If your mornings feel rushed, try stepping outside for even one or two minutes before starting work.

Drink your coffee or tea outside or near an open window.
Take a short walk around your block before heading to your desk.
If you commute by car, park a little further away and walk.
A little fresh air in the morning can set a positive tone for the rest of your day.

Take your breaks outdoors
Instead of scrolling through your phone at your desk, use break time to step outside.

Take a five-minute walk around the building or just stand outside for fresh air.
Eat lunch at a nearby park or bench instead of indoors.
If you have limited time, stand by an open window and take deep breaths.
Even a short break outdoors can refresh your mind and help you return to work more focused.

Open a window for better airflow
If you cannot step outside, the next best thing is letting fresh air into your workspace.

Open a window for even a few minutes to bring in oxygen-rich air.
If your office does not have windows, take short walks to a more open area.
Consider using a small fan near an open window to improve airflow.
Fresh air can clear out stuffy indoor air and help you feel more awake.

Walk to get your lunch or coffee
If you do not have much time for breaks, combine fresh air with another activity.

Walk to pick up lunch instead of ordering delivery.
Take a quick stroll after eating to help digestion and boost energy.
Choose a café or shop that is a little further away to get some extra movement in.
A simple walk outdoors breaks up the day and helps you return to work feeling refreshed.
