No 'Wrong' Answer.
Whatever helps you 'Recenter'.
Accomplishments, or doing nothing.
Researching for Research sake, even on things that'll never apply to you personally.
Like 'Proto-Sapien' beings, their Environment, the Predators, Foliage, their Diet, etc...

My son and I would probably day the same things.
-Noise free time/ No screens (a moment for our brains to calm down).
-We like listening to the sounds of the waves a the beach.
-Enough sleep
-Taking care of oneself physically, mentally and emotionally.
- space to process emotions

* Getting enough sleep
* Eating right and staying hydrated
* Doing my best to stay on top of hygiene: showering everyday, washing hands regularly, & taking vitamins.
* Having quiet time
* Getting in time with my family
* Getting fresh air and being in nature, when possible
