I am looking into natural detox methods. Clay baths seem to be popular. Has anyone tried this? What can you share about it? TIA

We do epsom salt baths. if you are concerned about detox you can also test MTHFR gene to see if your child has it. it is very common with ASD. We have also run metals on my son to make sure everything was ok. HE had sky high aluminum in his blood which got better when we stopped cooking with aluminum foil

Yes, but transdermal cream is a lot easier than oral dosing especially at night.

One way is alpha lipoic acid (ALA) which is naturally produced by the body. It is a strong antioxidant and natural chelator of metals as well. But need to dose every 3 hr (per AC protocol) which is hard to do at night. Can get it as a transdermal cream as well which is easier to dose.
