My daughter is 14 years old & due to inadequacies at her school in meeting or even caring for her needs, she is now classed as Home Educated but she also attends a local 14 to 16yr alternative education group at a College allowing her to gain her core GCSEs & a variety of vocational courses. Try contacting Safety Net tracking systems. I got a device for my grandson who bolts on us. It's a small device worn on the leg or wrist. If the person gets lost a satellite can tell the police where they are. It was a god send to me. I think you can look them up on the web.
