Joshua at 60 pounds (10 years old next month) gets out of his car seat belt even if I double buckle him in using the seat belt from the opposite end of the back seat and interlock his seat belt (this helps when he presses his seat belt release, he is still buckled with the opposite end. Unfortunately he has figured out how to get his body out from under the seat belts and dangerously stand up and lean on the front seat arm rest.
