Help my ex wont give my son his meds on the weekends or vacation time he has him. so my son goes days without it and comes home more upset and violent with his sisters and me. Recently noticed my son has bags under his eyes. He was tested 6months ago for allergies and was told he does not. He's verbal but to a certain extent. Not sure what could be causing the bags. Anyone else have the same problem with their toddlers eyes?
