Do You Have A Child Who Bites Their Tongue Or Gum Frequently While Eating ?

What if anything do you do or did to fix it ?

When we bite our cheeks and/or gums we use glyoxide. It's with the mouth products in the store. It helps get rid of the swelling so you don't keep repeatedly biting the same place. It numbs it a little too. Ive been using since I was a kid.

Thanks for your post about glyoxide for mouth pain. With my sleep problems, before a good fitting dental sleep apnea device, Somnodent, I would wake with sore inner cheeks from biting down. At 78, my sleep specialist added night time oxygen to my life. I sleep even better! My adult children all snore, some worse than the others!😴
