I was told by blood test I did I had too much calcium and this was due to mineral water and forget which one but had high levels of calcium. Also I was eating bananas at the time and yogurt.

Since then I have preferred tap water. I know there are some excellent mineral water out there but have to explore yet.

Which would you take with your medicine or otherwise?

Members weighed in on the question of which type of water they prefer, sharing a wide range of choices including bottled, filtered, tap, sparkling, and reverse osmosis water. Several members favored filtered options using fridge filters or systems like PUR, while others noted that tap water can be hard due to calcium and magnesium content. A helpful tip shared was that reverse osmosis filtration removes unwanted minerals and impurities, which may be useful for those managing high calcium levels.

RO water. It is faucet water that has been super filtered, and removes.the bad minerals, junk and other contamination.

We drink bottled water. We don't usually drink mineral or sparkling water. And we mainly use tap water to wash hands, bathe, for cleaning, and cooking.
