She's been in a special day class in San Leandro, CA and has been in every type of service since she was initially diagnosed (private OT, ABA, Speech and music therapy). Started recognizing A- Z about one year ago - 5 to 6 yrs old
Can recognize and say shape of square, circle, triangle
Can recognize 1 to 10.
Basic vocabs are fine, though limited - cat, car, house, flower, fan, etc etc.....

In Malaysia, biomedical is still limited, its about 6 hours drive away from my house. Very long waiting list, to make an appointment, need to be about 4 months in advance. And believe its pricey.
