We have downstairs neighbours who are always complaining. I have tried percussion instruments but he just breaks them. I have tried getting him to bang on the couch instead. He’s not interested. Help!

My 6 year old daughter was assessed by a psychiatrist as having characteristics at the age of 3.5. She was labeled as being developmentally delayed and labeled as pdd-nos. We took her to a developmental pediatrician who said that she was not on the spectrum, but sent her for an ados test. The ados test was administered and they said that she was PDD-NOS. Today I went to pediatric neurologist for the my 8 year old yearly checkup. She told blood test shows he has very high level of lead in his blood and he is also deficient in vitamin D. Anyone has done treatment for lead removal from body. I am clueless , do not know from where to begin to remove the lead.Any help will be appreciated .

My son has been doing a few things lately that are unusual for him and because of this I'm getting a little concerned. He's not on any medication except for Melatoin which he takes 6 mgs of at night. He has asthma but no other heath issues.
