After 2 trial work sessions, a govt agency (DARS) determined that he is incapable of competitive employment. He was fired from the 2 jobs that he has had in the past. Things seem hopeless.
I would check in your area to see where adults with disabilites go to school. They usually have someone to help access your child & find an employer.

The definition of homeschool here is a center setup with small number of students. (Homeschool here may have different definition to most other countries, where it means strictly doing studies in own home).

Now my son wants to work. So he was approved for the vocational rehab at DES. His caseworker had a company called FOCUS that helps with job placements So what we came up with is my son would work at a store that has a job coach for 6 wks with pay. He finished the 6 weeks.
