My 22 year old non verbal autistic son struggles to go to sleep every night even though he takes medication, him not sleeping stresses me out because he needs sleep, and I also have to tap his chest every night because he can’t sleep by himself and he always needs someone with him, I am with him all night and I can’t get sleep myself until he can get his sleep, I hope I can find a solution to this problem please give suggestions, Thank you!

My son Diego is 5 and diagnosed with autism. Due to his sensory sensitivity (around his ears and neck) we have a hard time getting him to get a haircut.
